PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (4-7 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-7 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
Processing Time – in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
For many of the items, a Tracking Number will be provided in order to track your package. RavedOn will always try to use the fastest shipping option available so that the packages are delivered on time every time.
Due to high demand on specific items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery! Our suppliers are from USA, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and Asia.
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
Approximate shipping times depend on what shipping method you choose at checkout and are clearly stated before you pay.
Delayed delivery – Unfortunately we do not have any control over the shipping of your order. If a delay is to occur, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 60 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Delivery times also vary depending on the time of year eg. there are likely to be delays during the holiday season.
CHECK YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS
Please take extra care when entering your delivery details as we are unable to change delivery details or resend items which have been sent to the wrong address. Orders with invalid addresses will require additional processing time.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations. The customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs agency to find out more about these fees.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
Please take extra care to select your chosen product before purchasing as we do not accept cancellations. We may be able to change your order shipping details if your order has not yet been processed but we cannot guarantee this. To change your order the best option is to contact our customer support.
If you only receive one package, please allow at least 2 weeks for the next package to arrive before contacting us. The item may not have been shipped out immediately which may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The item being on back order
- A delay with the delivery company
- Location of the warehouse that the product was sent from
- Customs delays
If you have not received your other item(s) after the three weeks, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. Please contact our customer support if you have any other questions and we will respond within 2 working days.
Made-to-order items require an additional crafting period.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on your local mailman. Please contact your local postal service if package is lost or stolen.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking is available with certain shipping methods only. We do not offer tracking services at our standard shipping rates.

Tracking info for orders shipped over the weekend may not update till Monday or Tuesday.
*Orders with invalid addresses will require additional processing time. Made-to-order items require an additional crafting period. Keep in mind, “made-to-order” items will ship in a separate package once they are complete (at no extra charge).
Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. RavedOn store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as: adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems and/or driver error.
