RavedOn.com will honor all exchange requests within made and postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. For all size exchanges, please be sure to include the exact size you would like the exchange for. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description of the damage and provide customer support with a photo to obtain a pre-paid return slip. If the item is damaged and you would like an exchange, we will process it and ship your replacement item(s) free of charge.
Once your return/exchange request is submitted to customer support it will be replied to within 1-2 business days. Please note that there will be reship fee charged exchanges to cover the Shipping & Handling charges on the shipment of your exchange.
Returns and refunds:

We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit with an E-Gift Card or for another available item of equal value for the exact amount spent during your purchase.
Our return policy is effective for 30 days To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. When sending a return or exchange always contact [email protected] prior to returning the item(s).
Once your return is received and processed we will send you an email notifying that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit.
For hygienic reasons, intimates such as hosiery, boxers, undergarments, pasties, cosmetics, and supplements may only be returned to us in an unopened package.
Products must be in UNUSED AND BRAND NEW CONDITION. If the product is used, damaged, and does not have the tags on it, we will not accept it back. This includes visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc. We will not reimburse you for shipping fees. Please pack your returns carefully.
RavedOn reserves the right to not credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Exchange Policy, an irregular or excessive returns history, or potentially fraudulent or criminal activity.
RavedOn will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable or returned to sender by the courier. If the address is accurate but the package is missing, (orders placed in the United States where the package never got delivered after 30 business days from order date), an investigation will be opened to retrieve and locate the package. If the package is not retrieved by the courier, RavedOn will reship the order at no additional cost. If your package shows delivered based on the tracking updates but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office, file a claim for the missing package, and resolve the issue.
*One-time exception reshipments are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at RavedOn.com. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return .
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
